Their passion is creating a supportive community, embracing neurodivergence and equipping others with practical skills to navigate their paths with confidence.
Together they share their insights and dedication to ensuring families feel understood, supported, and not alone on their journey. They provide guidance, advice, and practical strategies to foster growth and well-being.
Kim Harvey-Keddy
Kim is a dedicated Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Practitioner, published author, and passionate advocate for neurodivergent families. As the co-founder of our courses alongside her husband, Simon, Kim brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to her role.
A mother of two neurodivergent adults, Kim has navigated the complexities of diagnoses, education systems, and the emotional journey of supporting her family through life’s challenges. These experiences led her to write heartwarming children’s books, each designed to help children understand and manage their emotions in a compassionate and accessible way.
Kim is deeply committed to empowering parents of neurodivergent children through her practice, Inner Harmony Haven, where she teaches mindfulness, self-acceptance, and emotional regulation. Her approach combines creative arts therapy with practical skills to help families find balance and inner peace amidst the challenges they face.
With a Bachelor of Applied Management and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Certification in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy, Kim combines her knowledge of management with emotional insight, offering guidance and strategies that help families embrace their unique journeys and grow with confidence.
Together with Simon, Kim is passionate about building a supportive community where families can feel understood, uplifted, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.
Simon Keddy
Simon is a seasoned business owner with over 30 years of experience, a devoted father to neurodivergent children, and a committed student of mindfulness and yogic-based practices through his study of Inner Engineering, a program rooted in ancient yogic science. His lived experience as a father offers a deeply empathetic and relatable perspective, particularly in highlighting the silent emotional load many fathers carry while navigating the complexities of family life with neurodivergent children.
Simon brings a rare blend of practical wisdom and personal insight to our courses. His background in entrepreneurship and diversified income strategies allows him to support parents who are exploring more sustainable and flexible work-life options, empowering them to reduce financial stress and find balance. He provides guidance for creating alternate income streams and rethinking traditional career paths to better support the needs of neurodivergent families.
In addition to his professional expertise, Simon introduces accessible mindfulness tools that promote emotional resilience, inner stability, and self-awareness. These practices, while simple, offer profound shifts in how parents respond to stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with themselves and their families.
Together, we create a supportive space for healing and transformation addressing the unique challenges faced by parents and offering holistic tools to cultivate wellbeing, purpose, and empowerment for the whole family.
